Relaxation is very important for a sound mind and sound body. It is important to get some relaxation on a timely basis, for sustaining good health and balance of mind. It is required to bust stress by indulging in relaxation. Relaxation can be achieved in many ways. You can simply hang out with friends and watch a movie or hit the discotheque once in a while, so as to relax and unwind. Listening to songs, playing games, reading can also be a means of relaxation. Watching cartoons and hearing or lending ears to funny jokes can be another way of relaxing yourself

The holy week has gone. My friends and I spent it in a laid back way in the boarding house only. It was kind a small gathering with little celebration on a birthday. Since, it is holy Friday, we respect without loud music with fish grill from Leah, leche flan from Prete’s couple, ice cream from Ebrada couple, my fair share is eating, got bloated that time. The celebration is full of love and fun which i enjoyed it so much. It might be more fun if Aillein’s play the ibanez guitar as she knows to play with it. It would supposed to be lively if there is music,unfortunately nothing we end up guest tunes games. Guess the word by making some action to the other party. It was really which we hardly gain a higher score. We were two groups male and female and the best performer was the girl because they are just only two and the girls are 4 to guess, that is fair, isn’t it.

Today is a Holy Friday and a special day to the author here. There is nothing much to celebrate in observance of the Almighty. There is supposed to be a party but not all available because some of them went to their own home town. I then prepare a small Binignit with cold soft drink to complete the sunny on my pecial day. The day before today we went to 7 churches in the South of Cebu with my gorgeous friends. I was really amazed the different heritage of the church, awesome indeed. Along the way, we stopped by for our lunch it made me more astonished the cleanliness in one of the area specially the toilet, clean and odorless, organized with plastic bins. I am looking forward that some of the place specifically in would apply the same cleanliness from this province.
